Employee Grievance Procedure

At Adarsh Institute of Pharmacy (D.Pharm), we understand that conflicts or situations arise that may require intervention using the grievance process. For this process to work well, an EORT must be made to resolve the issue or conflict fairly and inatimely manner.

If you believe you have been involved in a situation that requires Institute intervention, please follow the steps below:

Step1:Read the Employee Grievance Procedure

Step2:Make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue with the person(s) directly involved.

Step3:Make a reasonable attempt to contact and resolve the issue with the principal, in-charge or the person(s) directly involved.

Step4: If you have completed the steps above and remain dissatisfied, please complete the form below to submit your Formal Grievance to Institute.
